一　申家店伙计戏老板　雷雨夜府台杀道台　　One   Shop assistants of Shen’s making fun of their boss,  Prefecture head killing Intendant of Circuit at a stormy night　　　　　

    眼下已立过了秋，可天气丝毫没有见凉的意思。接连几场大雨都是旋下旋停。晴时，依

旧焰腾腾一轮白日，晒得地皮起卷儿，大驿道上的浮土象热锅里刚炒出的面，一脚踏上去便起白烟儿，焦热滚烫，灼得人心里发紧。德州府衙坐落在城北运河岸边，离衙一箭之地便是码头，本是极热闹的去处，但此刻午后未未时分，栉比鳞次的店肆房舍虽然都开着，街上却极少行人。靠码头东边申家老店里，店老板和三四个伙计袒胸露腹地坐在门面里吃茶打扇摆 龙门阵：

   Autumn had already approached on the calendar, but the weather did not show the slightest sign of cooling down. The showers, which came in succession, had stopped as quickly as they had started. As it cleared up, the sun, blazing hot and white as ever, had been so scorching that the ground kept peeling off.  The loose dirt on the great post road felt like the flour fresh from hot frying pan, and white vapor would give off from the feet that stepped on it. The scalding heat was simply too disturbing. The government office of Dezhou Prefecture was seated on the bank of the canal in the north of the city. The wharf a stone’s throw from the government office was usually the scene of extremely lively excitement, but at these hours of one to three in the afternoon, the street was virtually deserted, despite the fact that rows upon rows of stores and houses kept their doors open. In the old store of Shen’s near the east end of the wharf were sitting belly-naked three or four shop assistants and their boss, engaged in wild gossip, sipping at tea and fanning: 

    “哎，你们听说没有？”一个伙计一手挥扇，另一手搓着瘦骨鳞峋的前胸，把一条条黑

腻腻的汗灰捏在手里摆弄着，口中说道：“德祥老店分汤，兄弟三个昨个打了一仗。老二老三合手臭揍了马老大一顿，嘻嘻……我去瞧时，已经热闹过了，三兄弟赤条条的，浑身血葫芦一样，三个婆娘各搀着自己当家的对骂，一锅老汤都翻泼到院里。哎呀呀你没见，老二家媳妇那对大白奶子、老三家娘儿裤子扯到大腿根儿……”说着，似乎犯了馋虫般啯地咽了一口口水。

   “Well, guys, have you heard…?” Burst out a shop assistant, waving a fan with one hand, rubbing with the other hand against his skinny chest and playing at the slices of black greasy sweat dirt that came off, “ The three brothers of the time-honored store of Dexiang’s had a fight yesterday over the division of broth. The second brother allied with the third brother and gave the eldest brother of the Ma’s a good beating. Haha, can you ever imagine? … The time I went there for a look, the excitement had come to pass. The three brothers were all stark naked, covered all over with bloodstains like three red calabashes, each supported in the arms of their own wives who were swearing at each other.  A pot of old broth was spilt all over the yard. Oh, what a chance you’ve all missed, the pair of fair and large breasts of the second brother’s wife’s, and for the third brother’s wife, her trousers were torn open, right through to the end of her thighs…”. As he was rambling on, he gulped down noisily a mouthful of saliva, as if provoked to be gluttonous.  

    一直半躺在竹凉椅上闭目摇扇的申老板听得噗哧一笑，说道：“小路子，你很该上去拉

拉架，就便儿把鼻子凑到大腿根闻闻香……”小路子打趣道：“罢罢，我可不敢沾惹，瘦得

鸡精价，搁得住她折腾？倒是申老板压上去，肉山迭肉山，才压出味道呢！再不然就是咱们郝二哥，一身横肉丝儿，满是横劲，准保打发那三个女人眉开眼笑浑身舒坦！”

   The boss, named Shen, who had been half lying and half sitting with closed eyes on the bamboo couch, fanning himself, let out a roar of laughter upon hearing that. “ Little Luzi, you should have stood out to interrupt the fight, so that you could have availed yourself of the heaven-sent chance to sniff at the fragrant smell from her thighs’ end…” the boss smiled.

 “ Well, well, I ain’t the stuff to get me self involved, as skinny as could possibly be, how could I ever stand being mucked about by her?”, bantered Little Luzi, “It is you, dear boss Shen, who can bring yourself down upon her, like fleshy hill upon the fleshy hill. Oh, what a pleasure it would feel like! Or rather, our second brother, Hao, with your brawny strong body, you are sure to render the three women heartily satisfied, making them feel comfortable to every bone and muscle!”

    坐在门口晾风的郝二哥用扇子拍了小路子脑门一下笑道：“上回你妈来看你，我看她长

得就可人意儿。怎么样，认个爹吧？”一句话说得众人哄堂大笑。申老板笑得浑身肉打颤

儿，半晌才坐起身来，用手抚着厚得迭起的肚皮，叹道：“那是一锅正德老汤，传了一百多年了，儿孙不争气，说翻就翻了个干净。咱们德州扒鸡，老德祥马家的是数一数二的正宗-

    Hao the second brother, who was enjoying the cool air at the door, patted Little Luzi on the head with his fan and smiled, “ Last time your mom came to see you. I feel that she cuts quite a figure herself. How would you like the idea of taking me as your papa, eh?”. This set the whole company laughing uproariously. The boss Shen shook all over with laughter and it took him quite a while before he sat himself up. Stroking his thick overlapping stomach, he heaved a sigh, “ That was the genuine time-honored pot of broth of Dexiang’s, which had been handed down for over a hundred years. How unworthy the offspring of Dexiang’s have proved themselves to be, overturning completely such precious broth so imprudently! It was Ma’s time-honored Dexiang that ranked among the most genuine braised chicken in Dezhou.”

As it stretches further away into the distance,the expanse of water turns into the color of  the most dazzling azure of cornflower petals.It is, at the same time, as limpid as could be,shining like the brightest glass. Yet it is so fathomless that no anchor cable,however long, can reach its bottom. It takes numerous spires to be connected one upon another to reach from the depth of the sea to the surface. And people at the bottom of the sea live  in a place as deep as it is here.

      Period of quality guarantee

1  #质量保证期为自最终验收协议签署生效之日起的12个月。在此期间，系统及设备发生任何非人为原因造成的故障和损坏，均由供货方负责免费修复，失效零件予以免费更换，所更换的部件三包期从更换之日起重新计算。需供货方派员来用户方现场维修，则用户以传真方式通知供货方，供货方应在24小时内响应，5个工作日内派员抵达用户方免费实施修理，因投标方造成的设备停工时间应在质量保证期中予以相应延长。

      # The period of quality guarantee is 12 months counting from the day when the agreements of inspection and acceptance are signed and take effect. During this period, the supplier is responsible to handle, without charge of fees, any trouble and damage of the system and equipments that arise from other causes than human behaviors. The non-performing spare parts should be replaced for free. And the period of quality guarantee for the replaced parts will be calculated from the day of replacement. If it is necessary for the supplier to send workers over to conduct on-the-spot repairs, the user will inform the supplier by fax. The supplier should respond within 24 hours and send workers over within 5 workdays to conduct free on-the-spot repairs. The time of ceased operation of the equipments caused by the bidding party should be compensated for in the period of quality guarantee.

      Assessment of the bidding

对招标文件做出实质性响应的投标文件将按本方法进行评审，其标价定义为：评标价＝核准投标价X(1+综合技术评标因子)。最低评标价者中标。

The bidding documents in real response to the tender will be assessed and reviewed in this manner. The tender price is defined as: evaluation price=bid price x (1+over-all evaluation factor). The one with the lowest bidding price shall win the tender.

1  技术规格书中标注“*”号的为关键技术参数，对这些关键技术参数的任何偏离将导致废标。

   Those marked with “*” in the technical specifications are key technical parameters and any deviation from them will lead to the bidding being eliminated.

2  技术规格书中标注“#”号的为重要技术参数，对这些重要技术参数的任何偏离将导致评标价上浮2%。技术参数累计4条以上有偏离也将导致废标。

   Those marked with “#” in the technical specifications are important technical parameters and any deviation from them will lead to the rise of 评标价 by 2%. And if the number of deviations from technical parameters is added up to more than four, the bidding will also be counted as eliminated.

3  投标方所提供的上述所有设备，应该采用目前通用的国际先进水平的设备和系统。采用先进的计算机控制、管理等，确保该方案能够达到当今国际先进碰撞试验室的水平。方案和措施的先进性、可靠性，按1、2、3、4分标准先打分，再以相对比较的原则进行评分，每低1分，投标价增加3％。

    All the above equipments and system provided by the bidding party should be of the universal internationally advanced level. Advanced computer control and management should be employed to ensure that the project can reach the level of the current internationally advanced impact test laboratory. The advanced status and reliability of the project and measures will be scored in the order of 1 to 4 points. Then scoring will be made on the principle of comparison and contrast. If the score is one point lower, the投标价will increase accordingly by 3％.

4  系统必须是完整的。必须保证各主要系统、设备、软件等不得遗漏，确保标书中所提及的标准和试验能够在投标方所提供的系统中正确开展。同时，也要确保提供试验所需要的相关配套设施、安全防护设施和辅助工具等。系统的完整性按1、2、3、4分标准先打分，再以相对比较的原则进行评分，每低1分，投标价增加3％。

   The system should be complete. I t should be guaranteed that none of the major systems, equipments, software and the like are left out and that the standards and tests mentioned in the bidding document are implemented correctly in the system provided by the bidding party. At the same time, there should be guaranteed supply of the relevant supporting facilities, safety measures and auxiliary tools needed by the tests. The completeness of the system will be scored in the order of 1 to 4 points. Then scoring will be made on the principle of comparison and contrast. If the score is one point lower, the bidding price will increase accordingly by 3％.

5  供应商及其同类产品的信誉及售后服务能力和质量，按1、2、3、4分标准先打分，再以相对比较的原则进行评分，每低1分，投标价增加2％。

   The credibility of the supplier and its same kind of products and the capability and quality of after sale service will be scored in the order of 1 to 4 points. Then scoring will be made on the principle of comparison and contrast. If the score is one point lower, the投标价will increase accordingly by 2％.

6  其它额外评标因素和标准：在本招标文件中没有指定的其他的技术参数，将在开标后由评标专家根据具体情况进行调整。

   Other bidding assessment factors and standards：The other technical parameters not specified in the tender document are subjected to adjustment by bidding assessment specialists after the opening of the tender according to the actual situations.

7        开标后如各投标单位的投标都无法满足技术规格书中的某一条“*”的关键技术条款，招标方有权根据评标委员会的意见对该条款做适当修改。

   After the opening of the tender, if none of the bidding parties can satisfy in its own bidding a certain key technical parameter marked with “*” in the technical specifications, the tender inviting party has the right to modify the relevant clause in proper manner according to the opinions of the bidding assessment committee.
